How do I know which eligibility question(s) a candidate did not meet?

Candidates that did not meet one or more eligibility question you set in your Talent Predictor job posting, will not show up in your Job Manager. To find these candidates, select the View drop-down menu in your Job Manager and then select Ineligible. By selecting just Ineligible, your job manager will only show those candidates who did not meet your eligibility requirements.

                                   

 

To view the requirement(s) each candidate did not meet, click on the candidate name in your Job Manager to open up their candidate profile. Scroll down to the Can Do The Job section and look for [Ineligible Candidate] in red.

Then hover your mouse over the  grey (?) to reveal which requirement(s) they did not meet.
