When is a candidate no longer considered a "New Applicant" in my Job Manager?

When you access your Job Manager in your CharityVillage account, you will see at the top of the page a graph, along with the total number of applicants and total number of new applicants. 

For an applicant to no longer be considered a "New Applicant," you must change their status. When applicants first apply to your position, they show up grey in colour in your Job Manager and their status is automatically set to "New."


To change an applicants status, select the circle beside the applicant you wish to change and then select the Change Status drop-down menu. You have the option of selecting Shortlisted, Undecided, Declined or Hired. You will notice in the screen shot below, some applicants status's have been changed. For example, if an applicant's status has been changed to Shortlisted, they will turn green in colour and their status will say Shortlisted. If their status has been changed to Undecided, they will turn blue in colour and their status will say Undecided.
