I have applied to jobs through the CharityVillage website in the past without logging in. Were my applications ineffective because of this?

We've only recently introduced this new application process, so all previous applications would have gone to the hiring organization directly. Further, not all job postings will have the Apply Now button on them - if there is no Apply Now button, just follow the directions provided in the job description on how to submit your application.
