Log into your CharityVillage account and click on the graduation cap icon (eLearning) in your MyDesk and select My Courses.
In My Courses, click on Select under the Action menu then Start/Resume.
If your course does NOT launch, it probably means your pop-up blocker on your browser is turned on. Disable this feature and try again.
