I had an account on the old CharityVillage.com site. Do I need to create a new one?

No. If you had an account on the old CharityVillage.com, it has automatically been migrated to our new site. You'll be able to sign into your CharityVillage account using the same email address and password. If you are unable to do so, please call us at 1-800-610-8134 and we'll look into your account for you.
