How do I review candidates who've applied to my Talent Manager job posting?

Text based instructions will follow. Here is a short video about where to find candidates who have applied to your posting.

Go to www.charityvillage.com to sign into your account.

After you log into your CharityVillage account, select the clip board icon located in your MyDesk and then select Manage My Listings.

To sign into your account, go to www.charityvillage.com 

Scroll down the page until you see the job listing in the Active category. Select the orange Applicants button located to the right of your active job listing to start reviewing your candidates.

The Job Manager page is where you can sort and filter your candidates. A candidate's status will always show up in your Job Manager as NEW and grey in colour until you change their status. Their name will also be in bold lettering until you have viewed their profile. 

If you would like to change the status of any candidate, simply click the circle beside the candidate name(s) and then click the Change Status drop-down menu. You can then select the status you wish to apply to these particular candidates. We also have help articles for each feature of the job manager. Click here to view these articles.

If this is the first job you have posted, you will probably want to move straight to viewing individual candidates. To do this, click on a candidate in the list to open their Candidate Profile.

Once you click on a candidate profile, a summary is given of the candidate's background information. It includes education and work history (two most recent), qualifications and impact statement, if provided. The buttons on the right of this section allow you to access more details such as the candidate's resume, contact information and any documents or social media profiles they have shared.

Important Note: The resume is the only document required for a candidate to submit their application.

You can also use the orange buttons to print their information, share their profile with other colleagues, and track their progress.
