This short video shows hiring managers how to export candidate data (profiles, resumes, cover letters or any other document) from your Job Manager dashboard.
You can export the candidate data (one at a time or multiple) from your Job Manager dashboard.
1. Click the circle located at the top left of the Job Manager to highlight all the
applicants. If you would only like to export certain candidate profiles, select the
circle to the left of each candidate name. Make sure the circle turns green so
you know the candidate(s) has been selected.
2. Select the Action menu.
3. Click Export.
A dialogue box will open where you are given the choice to export the candidate picture(s) and/or document(s) in addition to the candidate information. If you prefer not to, simply click the Export button to begin the download.
When the download is complete (it may take a few minutes if many applicants are selected) a zip file will be created in your downloads folder. It will contain a CSV file of the applicant data. The file will also contain pictures and documents of the candidates if you chose to export those as well.
The documents and pictures are identified by the candidate's name, as well as a unique identifier, so they can be connected together if the data is uploaded into another system electronically.
