Here's a quick, step-by-step guide to making a purchase on CharityVillage. For this example, we'll use an eLearning course, but the steps are quite similar for purchasing other items like a job listing or report. But first, you need to log into your account.
Select an item for purchase from the drop-down menu. In this example, we'll proceed with a purchase of an eLearning course.
Select the course(s) that you'd like to purchase and click on Add to Cart.
Now it's time to review your order.
1. If you'd like to purchase an additional item, select it from the drop-down menu. (Optional)
2. If you need to include a purchase order for your internal tracking, please enter it here. (Optional)
3. If you have a coupon or discount code, enter it here. Click “Apply” and the cart will refresh with the revised price. (Optional)
4. When you're ready to pay for your purchase, click Checkout.
Please review your contact information so we know how to reach you.
If your contact address is the same as your billing address, click Next.
If you need to add a different billing address, click Add A New Billing Contact.
If you have already added an alternate billing address, make sure the radio button is selected beside it and click Next.
If your Shopping Cart subtotal is less than $200, you must pay by credit card. Only orders over $200 may be invoiced.
Please enter your credit card information, and please note that CharityVillage does NOT retain credit card information. For any future purchase you will need to re-enter your credit card information.
NOTE: When you have purchased an eLearning course or Salary Survey, you can access the course or download the Survey PDF immediately.
When you have finished entering your payment information, click Review Order.
